INSIDE at Outside the Box is an artist residency program that activates the inside of two shipping containers in the Northside District.

Rachel Ferber’s fall residency, gestures of resistance, “subverts the context of the shipping container—the ultimate symbol of capitalist production—by reimagining the space as a vehicle for unfinished ideas and speculative acts of material resistance rather the products.”

The installation incorporates the creation of anthotypes. gestures of resistance will be on view every Saturday, 2–5pm, from September 14 through November 2. The public is also invited to an anthotype workshop. Click here to register.
